I’m going through the hardest time of my life and that’s because of telefonica o2. I got a call from a third someone claiming to be o2 customer care service and offered me a phone on finance which I accepted and provided my details. An iPhone sent to me instead of Samsung agreed on and they wanted me to give the phone to a door courier which I insisted. I went into o2 shop to double check and I was told it’s fraudulent act carried out by third party and was given a number to speak to the customer care. I did and I was told to get back to me in a month on phone or via mail. Since then no get back to me via phone or mail but threats letters from o2 keep coming in the house for me that my credit score would be damage if I didn’t pay my debt. I have this phone with me unused and I just want to return it and clear my name. It is killing me already and it is affecting my mental health. In the space of an hour I called o2 customer today but there’s nothing they do they say. My heart is bleeding because this isn’t what I want for myself.
