Procedure:

  1. Firstly, you need to apply for a provisional entitlement from the DVLA for LGV (Large Goods Vehicle) / PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle)
  2. Take LGV PCV’s Driver’s medical

    • D4 is a medical application form where your doctor must examine and state about your fitness level
