To update contact details in starling bank
- Address,
- Mobile phone number easily updated from app
Documents required
- Passport.
- Voter id card.
- Bank statement stamped by the bank.
- Utility bill not more than 2 months old.
- Government issued id with address and photo.
- Driving license.
- Credit Card Statement- not more than 3 months old
Using app to change details
Open the Main Menu (Top right of the home screen) > Tap Settings (Apple) or the Cogwheel (Android) > Select the option you wish to update > Enter your password to confirm changes
tap “Talk to Starling” > Tap “Start a new conversation” > tap “I need to get in touch” > Tap “Send a message”.
