Yet again, I have been shouted at by one of your drivers for not waiting in the correct place (for him!) on Ravensdale Rd to pick up the Stamford Hill bound 318. Every driver seems to have their own idea as to where they will/won’t pick up/drop off a passenger on this “hail & ride” section & none has any compunction against shouting at an elderly, disabled passenger! I have previously complained twice to tfl, who assured me they had spoken to Arriva & been told that the guilty drivers would be reprimanded, retrained, dismissed etc, but still the behaviour continues. Please can you advise as to where I am supposed to wait for the Stamford Hill bound 318, nearest to my house at no 68? I can only walk very short distances. And if indeed there ARE set points where drivers can stop, as some of them claim, then perhaps you should install bus stops there, so we ALL know where we stand! Drivers are claiming that it is their managers who are dictating this. I find it hard to believe that, on a hail & ride section, managers would be telling drivers where to stop, & in this case, in a very unsuitable section of the road, across the junction with Rookwood Rd & where the road has been narrowed by a central island.
Please DO sort this situation out, it is stressing me out no end, not knowing where to wait and being shouted at by your drivers for not waiting where that particular driver wants me to wait!
