Who should pay council tax?

Online
- You can use online payment system to make payments (debit or credit card only).

Direct Debit
- Paying your council tax can be done easily with this method; you just need to sign a direct debit instruction once. A scanned copy of the signed instruction may be emailed to us, but the original must be returned. A direct debit instruction just needs to be signed once, and money will be deducted automatically as it becomes due. Download the direct debit form.
How to check and view council tax bills online?
- You can register to access your account details online if you have a council tax account with the City of London.
- You won’t be able to register your council tax account for the self-service facility if it has already been closed for security reasons.
How much amount to pay council tax every month?
- In England, Scotland, and Wales, council tax is not normally paid on a monthly basis. Usually, it is billed every year or every two years. Contact your local council.
Login council tax?
