DELIVERY SERVICES
- If your orders placed online after 2.00 pm on Thursday, it will arrive the following Monday, subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
- Orders placed before a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.
CLICK & COLLECT
- All Click & Collect orders placed before 2.00 pm will be available for collection from Exmouth Market store from 3.00pm the next working day, collection must be within 7 days.
- For payment proof of order, photo ID and the card used for payment will be required
- Collection will be signed for.
- For a third party collection, an email confirmation from the customer required, a copy of the order confirmation and photo ID.
- Any orders over the value of £500 will need to be collected by the cardholder with photo ID.

- Couriers within London are available Monday – Friday. Please contact us for a quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Orders are exclusive of VAT, therefore the VAT (20%) will be removed for your order total at checkout.

Returns
1. In Store purchases
- Offer an exchange or credit note on unsuitable goods.
- No refund.
- Unsuitable items must returned within 28 days in saleable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and in their original packaging.
2. Online purchases
- Entitled to a full refund, exchange, or e-credit note within 28 days.
- Fill out the return form included included with your delivery and post back to EC One for a refund or credit note.
- Returned jewellery must be in perfect condition and please include all packaging.
- NO reimburse postage costs or duty charges.
- EC One cannot take responsibility for items until they reach us and suggest you use a tracked service like Royal Mail Special Delivery.
