Using app
To update your phone number or email address:
- Open the app and log in
- Select the Profile tab
- Tap on your name
- Tap on the contact detail you’d like to edit, Phone or Email.
Internet Banking
To update your phone number or email address:
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select the Profile icon from the header and Profile & Security from the drop down list
- Choose the contact detail you’d like to edit, Phone or Email
To request a change to your address:
- Log in to the ANZ App
- Tap Profile
- Tap on your name
- Tap on Address
- Read the important information screens
How to change your address in Internet Banking
- Log in to Internet Banking
- Select Profile from the header, then Profile and Security
- Under Contact details, select Address
- On the address you’d like to change, click Edit
- Read the important information screens
