- Download the form
- Filled the required details
- The account holder needs to write a letter to the branch
- Mention request for a change in the address of the account
- Bank account number, the account holder name, new address, old address, Signature
Documents Required:
- Passport.
- Voter id card.
- Bank statement stamped by the bank.
- Utility bill not more than 2 months old.
- Government issued id with address and photo.
- Driving license.
- Credit Card Statement- not more than 3 months old
- Landline Telephone Bill – not more than 3 months old
