You can change your address using one of the following options:
- Registered for the Mobile App
- Easiest way is to navigate to your My Profile page (using the person icon on the top right, and click on manage your personal details).
- Where you will have the option to edit your address, and follow the instructions.
Please note if you’re a credit card only customer and you use our Mobile Banking App, you can only request a change to your address
- Registered for Online Banking here
- Can’t change via/not registered for Online Banking
- Business Customers
- Registered for Online Banking
- If you’re registered, the easiest way is from within Online Banking;
- Log in to your Online Banking service at www.onlinebanking.natwest.com
- Select ‘Your Details’ from the left hand menu
- Choose from one of the on-screen options
- Update your address details

- enter your new mobile number
