- Up to 14 days before the date tours are refundable, minus the £25 deposit.
- If you need to cancel within 14 days, a 50% non-refundable deposit is retained by the guide.
- No refunds if canceled within 7 days of the tour date. The tour may be rescheduled, pending the availability of the guide.
