Procedure:
- Firstly, you need to apply for a provisional entitlement from the DVLA for LGV (Large Goods Vehicle) / PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle)
- Take LGV PCV’s Driver’s medical
- D2 is a learner driving licence application form
- D4 is a medical application form where your doctor must examine and state about your fitness level
- Tick the category C and D both indicates lorry & bus (In case if you want to switch over in the future you can use it)
- Send your licence along with the completed application form to the DVLA and Large Class Stamp
